Gates Face Sealed (ORFS) Fittings System
The EMB-FF10 System is the EMB engineer’s answer to the growing international market for ORFS ttings systems. As an Axial Faced Sealing System, it extends EMB’s proven range of DIN ttings by adding a particularly practical design that is fully compliant with the international ISO 8434-3 standard.

EMB-FF10 System Components
Fitting body with O-ring (1) for faced sealing.
O-ring (1) Standard NBR (e.g. Perbunan® ) 90° Shore. Other material options are available.
FF10-BU sleeve (2) An easy-to-use pre-assembly machine, e.g.UNIPRESS/M, can be used to press it into the tube and the tube will thus be flared to approximately 10°.
FF10-KL support ring (3) ensures pipe is held securely.
FF10-M nut (4).
