Gates’ innovative no-skive couplings for wire-braid hose construction. MegaCrimp® couplings are low pro le, fully-quali ed EN-performance couplings featuring full stem insertion and full length crimp.
One MegaCrimp® ts the entire range of Gates wire-braid hoses, one size can accommodate various hose ODs. Gates’ exclusive TuffCoat® plating gives 400 hours of red rust corrosion protection when subjected to rigorous SAE-J516 and ASTMP-117 salt-spray conditions.
