Wade compression ttings, depending on the ferrule type, are suitable for use with copper, brass, bundy, nylon, polythene and PVC coated copper tube and are available in metric 4 mm OD up to 28 mm OD and Imperial 1/8" OD up to 1" OD with NPT, BSPT or BSPP threads.
All Imperial compression ttings are delivered complete with nuts and annealed copper rings as standard, for use with copper tube.
All metric compression ttings are delivered with nuts and annealed brass type ‘A’ rings as standard, for use with copper tube.
Working Pressures
The recommended maximum working pressure conforms to BS 2051 part 1 for temperatures up to +65°C under vibration-free conditions. Please ensure the tube to be used is suitable for the pressure required.
