37 Series Adaptor Range
The Vale® range of Flare JIC ttings is ideal for arduous duties. Conforming to the SAE J 514 standard, all the elbows, tees and crosses
are produced from forgings, eliminating the potential leak path of brazed components.
The 37 Series is ideal for metric or imperial tubing by changing the free- oating sleeve to suit the application, thus providing a permanent leakproof seal which can be re-assembled repeatedly. The product performs very well under severe vibration and any pressure peaks.
Surface Plating
All ttings are coated with trivalent passivate which achieves a blue/silver colour. The salt spray resistance of the trivalent is 72-90 hours to rst white corrosion. The trivalent passivate used is more environmentally acceptable
and is in keeping with the End of Life Vehicle Directive (2000/53/EC).
Thread Protection
All our 37 Series JIC adaptor range is capped on all male threads for full protection.
