Copper Tube

Industrial Ancillaries Ltd stocks one of the largest and most comprehensive ranges of copper tube in the UK.

High quality, competitively priced tubing conforming to the latest industry specifications.

Tube is available in soft annealed coils, level wound, and half hard condition in straight lengths.

Sizes range from 1/8" OD - 1" OD and 4mm - 28mm and stock is available for immediate shipment.

Our range of copper tube can be supplied sheathed with PVC in a full selection of colours and is compliant with European EN 12735, EN 1057 R250 or American Society of Testing Materials ASTM B280 specifications.

European Standard EN 12735 copper tube has good bending properties for usage in utility supplies such as plumbing installations, gas transport networks, air conditioning systems and refrigerant piping.

BS EN 1057 - R250 copper tube is easy to bend and is suited to both HWS and cold water pipe work.

Manufactured to ASTM B280 (specification for seamless copper tube for air conditioning and refrigeration field service).

Qualified for use in propane gas systems (pipeline safety regulations - NFPA 58 / 49 CFR Part 192) and industrial LPG piping applications.

Reinforced Braided PVC & Nylon Tubing

Our range of tubing includes clear braided PVC tube manufactured to BS 6066 and flexible nylon tubing available in a selection of colours: black, blue, green, yellow, red and natural in 30 metre and 100 metre coils manufactured to BS 5409 part 1 and suitable for use in food-processing environments.

Bundy Tube, EN 10255 (BS 1387) Steel Tube & ASTM A269 316L Stainless Steel Tube

Industrial Ancillaries Ltd also stock zinc and yellow passivated Bundy tube (1/2 OD and metric copper coated), and random 3 to 6 metre lengths of stainless steel tubing.

We can supply medium screwed and socketed random 3.25 metre and 6.5 metre lengths of EN 10255 (BS 1387) steel tube for heating pipe work applications.

• All EN 10255 (formerly BS 1387) steel tube is available in black or galvanised finish
• Stainless steel tubing is manufactured to ASTM A269 316L (standard specification for seamless & welded austenitic stainless steel tubing for general service).

Grade ASTM A269 316L stainless steel tube is a general service commercial specification with good corrosion resistance and suitability for use in low to high temperature service environments in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, for example.

BS 1387 & EN 10255: Non-Alloy Steel Tubes Suitable for Welding or Threading

Tube manufactured to the same specification maintains the same technical performance requirements for the finished tube. EN 10255's mechanical strength, chemistry, leak tightness testing and dimensional tolerances are equivalent to those of BS 1387 although the new Standard has changes to detail.

The finished product to EN 10255 is, for all practical purposes, unchanged when supplied to the equivalent type in BS 1387.
