ROCOL® Sapphire® Aqua-Sil Bearing Grease usage

The ROCOL® SAPPHIRE® Range consists of thirteen application specific greases designed to provide superior performance in each application area and extend product life and service intervals.

STANDARD PERFORMANCE GREASES

SAPPHIRE® 000
NLG1 000 semi fluid grease for automatic lubrication systems.

SAPPHIRE® 1
NLG1 1 softer grease with excellent pumpability.

SAPPHIRE® 2
Long life complex soap thickened NLGI 2 grease with very high resistance to load and good corrosion resistance.

SAPPHIRE® PREMIER
Premium performance multi-purpose grease for arduous applications.

SAPPHIRE® LO-TEMP 2
Specially designed grease for low start-up and running torque at low temperatures.

SAPPHIRE® AQUA 2
Exceptional water resistance and corrosion protection, Aqua is for long term lubrication of all bearing types in wet environments.

SAPPHIRE® HI-LOAD 2
High load capacity grease containing moly for all bearing types operating under heavy loads.

HIGH PERFORMANCE GREASES

ROCOL® Sapphire® Aqua-Sil Hi-Load SAPPHIRE® ENDURE
Exceptional life PFPE grease with PTFE. Stable at high temperatures, to heavy loads and resistant to chemical contamination. Can be used for lifetime lubricaton.

SAPPHIRE® EXTREME
NLGI 2/3 moly (MoS2) semi-synthetic grease for plain and anti-friction bearings under high load, vibration or high temperatures.

SAPPHIRE® HI-PRESSURE
NLGI 2 moly grease designed for plain bearings operating under high loads.

SAPPHIRE® AQUA-SIL
UK Water Byelaws approved NLGI 3 silicone grease for long term lubrication of bearings, slides and valves operating in potable water environments.

SAPPHIRE® AQUA-SIL HI-LOAD
UK Water Byelaws approved moly reinforced NLGI 3 silicone grease for long term lubrication of bearings, slides & valves operating in potable water environments.

SAPPHIRE® HI-SPEED 2
A unique very high speed NLGI 2 grease extending high speed boundaries of grease. Rated to 1.25 × 106 DmN and with excellent load carrying capacity, it is recommended for high speed bearing applications.
