Industrial Ancillaries Ltd is the major UK distributor of Ham-Let fittings.

We carry an extensive range of Ham-Let Advanced Control Technology twin ferrule 316 stainless steel compression fittings in metric and Imperial sizes and H-6800 Series valves.

Industrial Ancillaries stocks union elbows and tees, male and female connectors with BSPT, BSPP, metric, imperial and NPT threads, caps, plugs, nuts, ferrules, crosses, bulkheads, adaptors, reducers, branch and run tees, needle valves and ball valves.

Ham-Let Stainless Steel Ball Valves

Bi-directional flow ball valves with low operating torque, straight through flow path and minimal pressure drop. All ball valves are 316 stainless steel with PTFE seats with a pressure rating of 3000 psig and temperature rating of -54°C to 149°C.

Ham-Let needle valves are 316 stainless steel and have a regulating stem and PTFE packing with a pressure rating of 5000 PSI and a temperature rating of -46°C to 230°C. Different stems and packing are available on request.

Let-Lok® Tube Fittings and Connectors

The Let-Lok® range of connectors has been developed by Ham-Let to fill the rapidly increasing demand for tube fittings suitable for high pressure use in environments such as petrochemical, chemical, electronic, power, fluid as well as other major industries.

Let-Lok® compression tube fittings have been carefully manufactured and tested to withstand the demands made of high performance tube fittings, such as high pressure, vacuum, vibration, temperature and impulse. These tube fittings are manufactured to exacting tolerances using the most modern and advanced computerised automation. One of the major conditions to producing these precision machined fittings is by maintaining stringent quality control in conjunction with skilled craftsmen.

Let-Lok® tube fittings are composed of four parts: 1) body, (2) front ferrule, (3) back ferrule, (4) nut.

Dielectric Fittings

Based on the Let-Lok technology, Ham-Let have produced a range of dielectric fittings that meets the highest performance levels.The dielectric fittings are designed to insulate subsystems, monitoring and control instruments from electrical current, voltages and static charges.

* Monel® Alloy 400

Alloy 400 is a nickel-copper high strength alloy that is useful in temperatures up to 538°C. It possesses excellent corrosion resistance in a range of media including saline and brackish water, hydrochloric and suphuric acids and most alkalis. Typical applications for Alloy 400 include marine engineering, oil well recovery pumps, chemical and hydrocarbon processing, crude oil distillation, fasteners, fittings, valves, HF reboilers and alkylation, heat exchangers, ethyl chloride purification.
