The RTD® Hand Applied Lubricants Range

RTD® is the world's leading hand applied lubricant for reaming, tapping and drilling operations.

RTD® lubricants are designed to:

• Double tool life - High EP levels

• Reduce heat / friction - promoting excellent surface finish

• Reduce wear - flow direct to the cutting edge

In fluid form there is a choice of three formulations:

• RTD® Liquid - The orginal and best for all severe cutting operations

• TRI-Logic® RTD® - Designed specifically for compatibility with water mix cutting fluids. Dissolves and reinforces water mix cutting fluid performance

• RTD® Cleancut - Sulphur and chlorine free, suitable for use in sensitive nuclear and aerospace applications and ideal for aluminium and copper alloys.

In paste form:

• RTD® Compound - Soft low melting-point paste formulated to cling to the tool providing optimum performance.

And for the convenience of an aerosol application:

• RTD® Spray - All the performance of RTD Liquid in a handy aerosol, excellent where accessibility is a problem and can be applied directly to moving tool

• RTD® Foamcut - Clean low odour foaming spray that can be applied directly to the tool.
